Amy Carlson

 


Amy Lynn Carlson, born 7 July 1968 was an American actress. She is most well-known for her roles in CBS as Linda Reagan and NBC as Alex Taylor.


 


 Early life


 Carlson was born in Elmhurst, [[DuPage County, Illinoisclose to Chicago and grew up in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, the daughter of schoolteacher parents, Barbara Jane (Hultman) and Robert Eugene Carlson. Carlson is of Swedish descent with roots from Smaland.


 


 Career


 1986-1992: College , and early career


 She was first introduced to Hollywood through her role as a background actress in the film Lucas with Charlie Sheen, Corey Haim and Winona Ryder. She later followed her elder sister Betsy to Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois.

 Iliza Vie Schlesinger was born on February 22, 1983. She is an American actress and comedian. She was the winner of 2008 on the NBC's Last Comic Standing. She was later the host of Separation Anxiety and the syndicated dating show Excused.  Shlesinger hosted Truth and Iliza (Freeform) in 2017 on her own late-night talkshow.
